Channellers.

Description.

Channeler with powered rollers Channelle with gravity rollers
The powered channeller appears to the sides of a discharger. It is made of folded and welded steel sheeting. The rollers are powered by polycord belts. This type of drive mechanism is characterised by its low sound levels and by having the quality of sliding against the roller in the case of backing up of packets, giving it therefore the advantage of acting as a mechanical fuse before the motor itself acts. It is possible to lift the channeller by means of a frontal hinge to carry out maintenance operations in the adjacent machines. The gravity channeller appears to the sides of a discharger. It is made of folded and welded steel sheeting. It constitutes a pathway of free rollers of a high quality that guide the packet towards its destination. It is possible to lift the channeler by means of its frontal hinge to be able to carry out maintenance operations on the adjacent machines.

Funcionality.

Channeler with powered rollers Channelle with gravity rollers
It is used in those places where a discharge of the packets is necessary at the same level as the discharger. Taking advantage of the force of gravity it is possible to discharge the packet from the conveyor belt line. The final destination of the packet can be a slide.
