Roller curves.

Description.

Powered channeling curve Powered roller curve Gravity roller curve
The powered channeling curve appears at either side of the double or simple dischargers. It makes up a conical roller path in the area of the curve and flat rollers in the zone of entry to the same, all of them of a high quality, that channel the packet towards its destination. All the rollers are powered through the use of polycord. This type of powering is characterized by its low sound level and through having the ability of slipping on the roller in case the packets become backed up. It is used in those places where a discharge of the packet is needed at the same level and it is not possible to used the gravity channeler, calling for the use of this powered variant. It is possible to lift the channeller through the use of a frontal hinge so as to carry out maintenance operations on the adjacent machines. The powered curve is made up of conical rollers on a robust sheet metal frame. The rollers are powered through a reduction motor and a polycord belt. This type of drive mechanism is characterized by its low level of sound emission and by the ability of the rollers to skid in case of blockage, having therefore the advantage of acting as a mechanical fuse before the motor as such. The gravity roller curve is made up of conical rollers mounted on a robust sheet metal frame. It constitutes a high quality roller path that changes the direction of drag of the main line of transport, taking advantage of the force of gravity, therefore its design does not call for any power source. It therefore has no electricity consumption..

Funcionality.

Powered channeling curve Powered roller curve Gravity roller curve
Of a simple design, the system of drag rollers does not need important maintenance operations. In the case of repair, all the elements that make it up are easily substituted. It is used in those locations where the parcel needs to be moved at the same level at which it is and the used of a gravity curve is not possible, therefore the need for the use of this powered variant.

Its dimensions make it compatible with all the products produced by Jornel Engineering. Of a simple design, the gravity roller drag system, does not require maintenance operations. In the case of the need for repair all the elements of which it is comprised are easily replaced.
