The products which we will now present have been wholly developed by the Technical Office of JORNEL ENGINEERING, these said products are made up of components designed by the company, having previously passed strict quality controls, and by elements of commercial brands of the highest international level.

Injection of packets to the classification line.
The injector is a feeding system driven by belts of different sizes to allow for the incorporation, at an angle of 30° the conveyor of the main line. We have this element for its incorporation to the right or the left of the main line.
The centerer comes into play in those applications in which it is recommendable for the transit of the packet through the centre of the conveyor belt, motivated, for example, by the reading of the packet by a scanner.
The module of packet centring has a route made up of two rows of rollers orientated between them forming a certain angle that directs the packet to the centre of the transport line.

Independent of the lengths that appear in the technical characteristics of the products these are modifiable and adaptable to those demanded by the customers.
They make up a high quality roller path that changes the direction of movement of the main line of the installation. They can be built with different degrees of curve, of 30, 45 or 90 degrees.

System for unloading, which is both mobile and which can be regulated as to height for the unloading of transport vehicles.
Self-supporting frame of mecano made up of highly rigid welded steel, supplied with leg supports that can be levelled independently. On it are fixed the elements which it incorporates making it physically and functionally a homogeneous unit. The main bodies which it comprises are: the unloading section and the gravity section. The first includes the conveyor belt for the elevation of the packets. The gravity section is made up of another roller conveyor. Ending in an area for the accumulation of packets.
